DPD now offers the Predict service*. On the day of dispatch you will be informed by email about the day of delivery. If necessarya you can delay the delivery by up to 3 days, else DPD will automatically deliver the parcel the next day (Monday - Friday).
On the specified date of delivery you will be notified by email about the estimated time window between 1 to 3 hours during which the parcel will be delivered.
If you are not at home at the notified time, you have the possibility of arranging for a follow-up delivery. This can be on a different day, to a different delivery address, at a place where the parcel can be deposited (e.g. in the garage), or even as a pickup from their local DPD ParcelShop.
This service is free of charge and is automatically included if you choose DPD for delivery.

Delivery Time

We will process your order within 2-5 working days.
Germany: In general, DPD provides the packages on the next day or two after the pick-up (except Saturdays).
Netherlands/Austria: DPD indicates a delivery time of about 4 working days.
Spain/France Experience shows that it takes approximately 5-6 business days for DPD to deliver.
Other countries Unfortunately we're unable to give any information as delivery times differ from country to country.
